IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR IEEE CCNC PAPER FINAL VERSIONS SUBMISSION

After you register for the conference and receive the required registration confirmation code, login your EDAS account for your paper(s), and then you'll see a tab of "Final manuscript" with a hyperlink with the upload icon image next to it, where they can click on and upload their final paper(s). Note that the page length limit is 5; 6th page is allowed with a charge for the one additional page of USD100.
To be published in the IEEE [name of event] Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE [name of event] Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.
